Colt Camp, 2025: Thursday, July 31st, 2025 (1:00 PM to 4:00 PM)
Greetings Maverick Community!
We are excited to announce that Colt Camp 2025 is scheduled for Thursday, July 31, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Colt Camp is McNeil High School’s annual orientation event designed to welcome our incoming Freshmen and New-To-McNeil students to campus.
Please note this is a student-only event to allow our newest Mavericks a chance to learn about the campus and to begin building a shared community of learners. Parents will not be attending with their students.
During Colt Camp, students will be divided into small groups and rotate through a series of stations to help them get familiar with our campus, staff, and student life opportunities.
These sessions include activities such as, taking ID Pictures, High School 101, Campus Tours Interior & Exterior, and a Club/Organization Fair.

- Colts and New Mavs / Check-In: 1:15 – 1:45 PM
- Dismissal – 4:00 PM
We can't wait to meet our new Mavericks and hope that they are just as excited for the 2025-2026 School Year as we are!
