Lessons:
We finished up Kindness Month in 5th grade with lessons about the importance of treating ourselves with kindness and strategies to use. Being kind to ourselves helps us be kind to others and helps us be successful in all areas of life. 5th graders have the opportunity to sign up for a counselor Lunch Bunch to share any wonders and worries about middle school. In March school wide lessons are about tools for learning and school success. |
