A huge thank you to our amazing PTA and the RRISD Police Department for hosting the BMX Bike & Thrive Community Event tonight! Your support and partnership are among the many reasons Forest Creek is absolutely the best!

As we head into the Labor Day weekend, here are a few important reminders:

• Arrival & Dismissal Safety
  Please avoid parking, dropping off, or picking up students near the portables facing Harvey Penick during arrival and dismissal. This helps keep everyone safe and ensures our routines run smoothly. When walking, please stay on the sidewalks and use designated crosswalks. If you’re driving, drive slowly and stay alert to ensure the safety of our students and staff. We appreciate your support!

• Visitor Procedures
  Families, thank you for having your ID ready when checking in at the front office and getting your visitor sticker. Please remember to check out at the front office when you leave.

• Arrival Times & Tardies
  Doors open at 7:10 a.m., and instruction begins promptly at 7:35 a.m. Students arriving after 7:35 will need to check in at the office to receive a tardy pass.

• Please remember to keep student devices turned off and placed in backpacks bell-to-bell. For more details, you can read the Personal Student Communication Devices information on the Round Rock ISD website.

Did you know?

Our 4th and 5th-grade Safety Patrol team kicked off this week, and they’re already making a big impact! A huge thank-you to Coach Holly and our amazing student leaders for helping keep arrival and dismissal running smoothly and ensuring all our Coyotes stay safe. We have two more teams of Safety Patrol students who will be joining soon, and we can’t wait to see them in action too!

Remember to keep your student home if they are sick. A fever is considered anything 100 degrees or over. Students must be fever-free for 24 hours without fever-reducing medications such as Tylenol or Motrin before they can return. Health Screening services begin on August 29, 2025.
