Hello, Coyote Families!
It has been such a fun week celebrating Boosterthon and our fundraiser! We are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support of our community and extended Coyote family, including friends and family across the United States and beyond, who contributed to our campus.
I am especially excited for tomorrow’s big events, including being duct taped to the wall and even getting pied in the face! It is going to be a memorable and fun day, and I cannot wait to celebrate alongside our students, staff, and families.
I encourage everyone to wear green and purple, and/or their Forest Creek attire tomorrow! Let's show as much school spirit as we can!
Have a great afternoon!
Best,
Briana Flores
Fun Run Reminders Below:
If you need to check your child out during or immediately after their scheduled Fun Run time, please use the check-out procedures listed below. For check-outs at any other time during the day, please follow our regular check-out process.
Check Out Table – Parents who wish to take their child home after the Fun Run will check out at the designated Check Out table near the kickball fence in the field. An FCE staff member will be present to assist you.
Colored Ticket – After checking out, parents will receive a colored ticket. This ticket will be given to your student.
Student Handoff – Students will deliver the colored ticket to their classroom teacher after the Fun Run.
Gathering Items – After returning to the classroom with their teacher, students will collect their belongings and then meet their parent(s) at the front office.
Final Exit – Parents will walk around the building to the front doors of the school to pick up their child. At this point, no additional sign-out is required, but all families must exit through the front doors.
This process ensures that every student is safely accounted for while maintaining efficient dismissal for families.
Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep our Coyotes safe during this exciting event!
